A design document is the first step I use in developing a learning solution. It is used to communicate course content to stakeholders and create a general structure of the desired course before moving on to the next step in the design process.

Storyboards
A storyboard is the second step I use in developing a learning solution. Here, I will lay out the structure, content, and audio for an e-Learning course and microlearning video. It is revised and finalized with all stakeholders before moving forward with development.
This course was designed to set the expectations for employees working remotely for a marketing agency who has recently made the switch to reduce operational costs.
