I am an Instructional Designer and e-Learning Developer with 10 years of experience in curriculum development, instruction, and learning solution design across education and corporate environments. I work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to fully understand training training topics and learning needs, then create interactive training solutions that support real behavior change.
In my work, I'm known for taking initiative and addressing challenges proactively, leveraging my organizational skills to provide structured timelines tailored to each project's unique needs. I excel in environments that require responsiveness and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results. I’m committed to continuous skill development, quality assurance, and effective project management, and I stay current with evolving tools and methodologies in instructional design and e-Learning development. I value thoughtful collaboration and believe that well-designed training can meaningfully support both learners and organizations.
I am enthusiastic about connecting with like-minded individuals to explore new possibilities and collaborate on meaningful projects together!
I enjoy spending time with my family and getting out of the house whenever we can, whether that’s exploring new places or finding something local to do together. I like staying active and keeping a good balance between work and life. When I’m at home, I’m often working on a puzzle, playing board games with my family, or tackling a home-improvement project. I like having something to work on, and I’m almost always in the middle of a DIY project around the house.
